How much does the space cost?

Our current rental rate is $175 per hour with a 3-hour minimum reservation requirement. Reservations that extend past 8:00 p.m. are subject to an additional $200 per hour charge. This brings the total rate for hours booked after 8:00 p.m. to $375 per hour. Please note that staying beyond your reserved rental time will result in an overtime charge of $200 per additional 30 minutes.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 10% deposit or a minimum of $150 is required for booking 30 days in advance, unless the booking is made less than 30 days before your event, in which case the total amount is due as per the rental agreement terms.

What are your standard hours of operation?

Seeing the space will help you visualize what you can do in the room and better prepare for your upcoming event. Tours and event consultations are available by request.

How many people does it hold?

Our facility comfortably seats 60-70 people indoors. Weather permitting, you may use the outdoor patio space to extend the event space and overall capacity.

How early can I get into space?

Hosts may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled event time for a brief golf simulator tutorial and initial event setup.

How much time do I get to set up and tear down?

Hosts are permitted to enter the venue 15 minutes before the event start time for setup. Please note that all guests, decorations, and personal belongings must be removed by the scheduled end time listed in the rental agreement. A late fee of $200 per additional 30 minutes will be charged for events that extend beyond the reserved rental period.

What happens if I leave a personal item on the property?

Fore Fun Events is not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises by clients or guests. Any items left behind and not claimed within 24 hours after the rental period ends may be considered abandoned and disposed of by Fore Fun Events staff at their discretion. Fore Fun Events is not liable for any loss, damage, or costs associated with abandoned items.

How reservations work?

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We always do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time. If your requested date is unavailable, we would be happy to discuss alternative availability options with you.

Is alcohol allowed?

Fore Fun Events does not provide alcohol for events. However, you are permitted to bring your own alcohol onto the premises during the rental period. Clients are fully responsible for ensuring: no individuals under the age of 21 consume or have access to alcohol, guests consume alcohol responsibly, no guest becomes visibly impaired or unsafe, any guest driving during or after the event is able to do so safely and legally.

Do you cater, or can we bring our own food?

You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages for the event. Many of our clients also choose to work with local catering companies. We have started a short list of those that have previously catered to the space.

Is there a full kitchen with a stove?

The venue includes a kitchenette area equipped with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and cabinet storage space for your convenience. Please note that the venue does not include a stove or oven.

How many parking spaces are there?

Parking is available both in the designated lot area and along the street surrounding the venue. We provide 40 spaces. We kindly ask that guests avoid blocking other businesses or interrupting traffic flow.

Are the arcade machines free?

Yes! All arcade machines are fully included with your rental and are available for unlimited use at no additional cost to you or your guests.

What is all included in my rental?

Our venue offers a range of amenities designed to ensure your event runs smoothly. All tables and chairs are set up and ready for use, ensuring a hassle-free setup. The kitchen features a full-sized fridge and a microwave, providing convenience for your catering needs. We also have a beverage cooler on wheels, available upon request. All machines will be on and ready for use, offering a seamless experience for your guests. The space features a simulator with a multi-sports package, a 16-foot shuffleboard, arcade machines, TVs with YouTube TV and Disney+, WiFi, and a comprehensive indoor/outdoor sound system with Spotify Premium. We also have outdoor games (weather pending) to add fun to your event. The venue is handicap accessible, climate controlled year-round, and has 24-hour surveillance. Changes to the setup can be accommodated upon request. We hope these facilities will help ensure your event is successful.

How do I know if my date is available?

To check availability or reserve the event space, please contact us directly at [email protected] or (319) 855-1447. We recommend reaching out as early as possible, as reservations are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I rent the space without the equipment to save money?

Discounts for not using the equipment vary based on time of year and length of party, please inquire for info.

Do you have complimentary golf clubs?

Yes! Complimentary golf clubs are available for guests to use during the event at no additional charge. We kindly ask that all equipment be treated with care and returned to its place in the same condition it was provided.

What if I want to bring my own golf clubs?

Absolutely! Guests are welcome to bring and use their own golf clubs with the simulator. We do ask that any personal clubs or golf balls brought into the space are clean. Golf balls cannot have any markings as these may transfer onto the simulator screen and leave scars. We provide right-handed, standard-length golf clubs and golf balls for use in the simulator. All other simulator equipment, including soccer balls, baseballs, and dodgeballs, must remain within the simulator area and should be cleaned after use.

Can I adjust my dates after booking?

Yes, event dates may be changed at no additional charge if requested date is available. We kindly ask that all date change requests must be submitted at least 15 days prior to your scheduled event date. Please contact us directly to discuss availability and rescheduling options.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is a notice must be delivered to Fore Fun Events 15 days prior to the commencement of the Rental period, fore fun shall refund client all amounts paid by client, including the rental price and rental deposit, less a non-refundable amount equal to 5% of the rental price. If received less than 15 days prior to the commencement of the rental period, then fore fun shall refund client portion of the rental price already paid, excluding the rental deposit which shall not be refunded, In the event that fore fun receives the termination notice within 72 hours prior to the commencement of the rental period or if client fails to give any termination notice, fore fun shall be entitled to retain the rental price paid.

Do you have discounts?

Discounts apply for non-profits, and for full day reservations. Discounts do not apply with any other coupon or offer.

What if we are having too much fun, and I want to add time to my reservation the day of my event?

Additional time may be added to your reservation on the day of your event as long as there is not another event scheduled afterward. All same-day extensions are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability and approval by the events staff during your rental period.

Is there a fee to use a credit card?

Yes. A slight 3.5% processing fee will be applied to all credit card payments at the time of payment.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept cash or credit cards as a payment. Please note personal checks are not accepted. Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. Cash payments can be dropped off by appointment only during business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please reach out to make an appointment or if these hours don’t work.

Can I decorate the space myself?

We understand the importance of personalizing your event, so we allow decorations as long as they are not affixed to the walls or other surfaces.

What happens if something is damaged?

The client is responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period. Any repair or replacement costs resulting in damage to the venue, equipment, furnishing, or property may be charged to the credit card on file.

Do I need to clean the space when our event is over?

Our policy ensures the space is left in the same condition you found it in. For your convenience, we have a broom by the fridge and cleaning supplies under the sink. At the end of your event, we kindly ask that all personal items are removed from the premises. Alternatively, guests who prefer not to handle cleanup themselves may opt for a $75.00 cleaning charge. This allows the staff to take care of the cleaning after the event.

How do I book a time for a tour?

To schedule a tour, please contact us directly and we would be happy to arrange a time for you to visit the facility. We also offer a large selection of photos on our website to help showcase the space, layout, and available amenities prior to your visit.

Can I hook up to your tv or sound system?

Yes. You are welcome to connect presentations, slideshows, or other media to the venue TVs during their event as needed. The venue also included a full sound system with access to a wide variety of music selection throughout your rental period. We currently use Spotify Premium. If you need assistance connecting devices or setting up adudio/video equiptment, our staff will be happy to help during the check-in process.

Is there outdoor space or outdoor games available?

Yes. The venue includes an outdoor patio area with a large garage door that creates an open indoor/outdoor event experience. Weather permitting, outdoor tables and chairs may also be set up outside for guest use. We also provide bag boards (cornhole) and outdoor game balls at no additional charge. We simply ask that all outdoor equipment be treated with care and returned in good condition.

Do you offer additional seating?

The venue already includes a variety of tables and seating arrangements that comfortably accommodate approximately 60–70 guests. At this time, we do not offer additional seating beyond what is currently provided with the rental.

Do you have a grill, or can we bring one?

The venue does not provide a grill at this time. Outside grills may be permitted with prior approval.

Can I bring my pets?

For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted inside the venue, with the exception of licensed service animals. Please contact us in advance with any questions regarding this matter.

Can the shuffleboard be covered?

Yes, the shuffleboard can be covered upon request. The shuffleboard approximately measures at 14 feet 2 inches long and 2 feet wide.

Fore Fun Events is a great place to host your next business meeting, grad party, reunion, shower or a fun team building get together. The building and all its games and amenities are for your use and you can bring in your own food/beverage unlike a hotel. It’s just off the expressway in Tiffin which makes it very easy to find.
